My dad has been having care for the past few months and I have to say all the carers are wonderful. My dad looks forward to their visits each day. They call for 30 minutes each morning and evening to help with any personal care and meal prep as required. Dad doesn't need a lot of help but it's peace of mind for the family to know he is being checked on and dad looks forward to sitting and having a chat at these visits.

The Horsfall House Care team have supported my mother at home for eight years. She has dementia, mobility and continence issues, all of which have worsened over the period, and she is soon to move into the Nursing home. Throughout the years the team has provided an outstanding service enabling her to remain in her home, as was her strong preference for so many years. They have supported her to a high standard with all aspects of her personal care, food and drink, cleaning and even assisting with her dog. They have been friendly, sensitive, empathetic, understanding and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I have had Horsfall House Home Care for a number of years and I am always pleased to have their support. There was a time when I was recently discharged from hospital and could do very little for myself and the Home Care team were wonderful so kind and understanding and always very professional combined with great sensitive care. I still need some help and I look forward to when one of the team visits me. Nowadays there is plenty of laughter as the work is done, I enjoy the energy they bring, like a breath of fresh air.
