Welcome from Nicola

At Horsfall House we value all our colleagues and their unique and valuable skills that they each contribute.

As a colleague joining Horsfall House we ensure that you are supported throughout your career, and are offered opportunities for both Continuing Professional Development, feedback and input into the life and workings of Horsfall House. We pride ourselves with having so many long service colleagues, low staff turnover, and higher than average staffing levels, which in turn enable us to deliver a service and standards that we believe are rewarding.

We are keen that everyone has an opportunity to interact with the residents in the home and the Day Centre and as a result the passion and dedication shown towards our residents and service users is evident to anyone who visits.

Horsfall House is a registered charity, and we are delighted to be able to support so many local people and employ the largest number of employees within the local area.

“Care for others in a place that

cares about you.”

Volunteers are always welcome

Volunteers are always needed to support our Fundraising Events, and at our Charity Shop on Minchinhampton High Street. We would be grateful for any time you could offer on a regular basis.  The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9:30am – 5.00pm.

If you would be interested in helping volunteer in anyway please email fundraising@horsfallhouse.co.uk or call 01453 731227 for more information.

Work Experience:

We appreciate the many different benefits of having someone carry out their work experience at Horsfall House and would be glad to explore this with you.

If this is you, then please fill out a contact form or give us call.
