Snowdrops at Hyde 2026 Terms and Conditions

Horsfall House Snowdrops at Hyde open gardens (The Event) is open to individuals of all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

Entry is by voluntary donation. All donations in return for visiting the gardens and refreshments are non-refundable with all proceeds going towards Horsfall House.

By attending The Event, participants acknowledge and accept that visiting private gardens may involve inherent risks, including uneven terrain and natural hazards. Participants agree that they do so at their own risk and undertake to exercise due care at all times.

The event organisers, garden owners, and volunteers accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event. By participating, attendees waive any claims against the organisers, garden owners, or volunteers arising from their visit.

Limited parking is available at Hyde House and in the yard on Knapp Lane. Visitors choosing to park in these locations do so entirely at their own risk. The event organisers, property owners and volunteers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of these parking areas.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and polite manner throughout The Event. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in them being asked to leave the gardens.

Participants agree to following the Country code and respecting the property and land which they are visiting.

The Event may be subject to cancellation or postponement in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By participating in The Event, participants grant the event organisers the right to use their name, likeness, and photographs at any time for promotional purposes without compensation.

All intellectual property associated with The Event, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, are the property of the event organisers and may not be used without permission.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with The Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in The Event, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
